Is there anything i am not doing right? somthing obvious that im not doing right or are gunpowder troops actually worthless because i thought they were supposed to be like the new super infantry of the new age. Not only that i find its more effective to simply make my gunpowder troups run in with swords rather than use there guns as there so terrible. This isn't helped by the fact if the unit loses 1 or 2 men the whole group has to rearrange itself into neat lines again before firing at which point theyll be shot at and have to rearrange again without ever firing.I had 10 units of cossack musketeers (fully upgraded) against 10 units of aquerbisiers (not upgraded) and the aquerbisiers destroyed me. They only fire on occassion while the computers gunpowder units and just firing and firing. Basically when i am using my gunpowder units aquerbisiers (or however you spell them) or musketeers for russians and spanish only the first line of soldiers fire, now this is fine as you dont want your men shot in the back but the line at the front will stand there with their guns pointed at the enemy forever. Right im having this problem and i was wondering if its a common issue because i have reinstalled my game and it hasnt gone away.
